Catch the Cushion
How many cushioned touches (foot or thigh) before the ball touches the ground?
Set up
- Ball in your hands.
Garden, park, indoors.
How to play
- Drop it and cushion it with foot or thigh, keeping it up.
- Count the touches before it touches the ground.
Make it easier
Make it harder
- Alternate foot and thigh.
- Practice foot only.
Three things to say
- Soft surface, relax as the ball arrives.
Colts habit
Work hard: little and often beats one long go.
Both feet
Do a round with the practice foot only.
Heads up
Look up between touches.
Safety: Feet and thighs only. Never the head.
My best
Touches before it drops. Last time and this time. Only ever compared with your own earlier go, never with anyone else. Saved on this device only.
