How it shares the minutes
Every change, the children with the fewest minutes so far come on first, and anyone who sat out last time comes on before anyone who didn't. Each child only ever goes into a position they're allowed, so a child with one position keeps it, and a goalkeeper who can't rotate out stays in goal. If the locks make the minutes uneven, the planner says so; changing finishers halfway through each period usually evens them out.
