1v1 Penalty Box
A defender passes in, two attackers combine, and one goes 1v1 to the big goal.
Set up
- Set out a goal with a passing cone and a shooting cone in front.
- Half the players are attackers, half defenders. Two areas if numbers are big.
Balls, bibs, cones and a net. Attackers and defenders.
How to play
- The defender plays the ball to the first attacker, who passes to the second attacker. They then play 1v1 with the defender toward the big net.
- The attacker follows their pass. The passing player moves to the shooting cone and the shooting player to the passing cone.
- Rotate roles so both sets of players attack and defend.

- Add a time limit for the attacker to shoot.
- Change from a 1v1 to a 2v1.
- 2v2 with a recovery defender.

- First touch, passing and movement to support.
- Dribbling, shooting and decision making.
- 1v1 defending.

Be brave: go at the defender, not round.

Finish with the practice foot for a bonus.
