4 Way Attack
Four ways to score, two in use at a time, and the sides change every four minutes.

Set up
- Mark a grid of about 30 by 30 with 3 gates on one side, an end zone on another, 2 mini goals on a third and 1 big goal on the fourth.
- Two teams, 4v4 to 6v6.
Balls, bibs, cones and nets. Grid about 30 by 30. 3 gates, 1 end zone, 2 mini goals and 1 big goal.
How to play
- Only two sides are used at one time (gates and big goal, or end zone and mini goals).
- One team dribbles through the gates to score and the other attacks the big goal. Then one team attacks the mini goals and the other dribbles into the end zone.
- Change every 4 minutes so each team attacks a different side.
Make it easier
Make it harder
- Attack any side, but you cannot score on the same side twice.
Three things to say
- Attack with speed, encourage 1v1s.
- Dribbling and running with the ball at speed.
- Shooting technique: which part of the foot, types of shot.
Colts habit
Be brave: attack at speed.
Both feet
Gate goals only count with the practice foot.
Heads up
Check which side you are attacking after each change.
Safety: Keep the area clear of bags and bottles. Stay on your feet, no slide tackles. No heading.
Keeping score: Each child keeps their own count and tries to beat it next time. Nothing is compared between children.
