Football Tennis
Teams of 3 or 4 keep a rally going over the halfway line with one bounce allowed.

Set up
- Mark a 20 by 20 area divided into halves with a net or cones.
- Divide players into teams of 3 or 4.
Balls, bibs, cones and nets. 20 by 20 playing areas divided into halves.
How to play
- Players serve by bouncing then kicking the ball from the far line of their half into the other half.
- The ball is allowed to bounce once in the half before it is returned.
- If the ball bounces twice or goes out of play the other team gets a point.
- Each team serves twice and continues to rotate.
- Play for a set length of time.
Make it easier
Make it harder
- All players must touch the ball before it is returned.
- The ball must be returned first touch.
- Each player is only allowed 2 touches.
- The ball is not allowed to bounce.
Three things to say
- First touch.
- Keep-up skills and accurate passing.
- Communication and decision making.
Colts habit
Lift each other: count the longest rally, not the score.
Both feet
Return with the practice foot for a bonus.
Heads up
Call for the ball before it lands.
Safety: Keep the ball below head height. No heading.
Keeping score: Count your team's longest rally and try to beat it.
