Penalty Diary
Five penalties from changing spots, one with the other foot, and your own score in a diary.
Left, middle and right spots in the goal; take five penalties from the same spot, changing your aim each time, with one on the other foot.
Set up
- The parent goes in goal, or leave the goal empty.
- Pick 3 spots: left, middle, right.
Garden or park.
How to play
- Take 5 penalties, changing spot each time.
- Try one with the other foot.
- Write down your score in the diary.
Make it easier
Make it harder
- Call your corner before you strike.
Three things to say
- Pick your spot, then commit to it.
Colts habit
Work hard: the diary shows it.
Both feet
One with the other foot every time.
Heads up
Look at the corner, not the keeper.
Safety: If a brother or sister is in goal, shots must be below the knee and from at least 6 m.
