This site stores no children's data. The only personal information it collects is what you type into a form, and here's what happens to it.
The forms

Where it goes and how long we keep it
Each form sends your entry by email to the volunteers who run the academy, through Netlify, the service that hosts this site, which also keeps a copy. They read it and reply.
- Player, girls' team, coach and sponsor entries are kept until we've spoken to you and you've either joined, started helping, or told us you're no longer interested, and for no more than a season after that.
- The under 5s list is cleared once your child joins or their starting year has passed.
- Contact messages are kept for as long as it takes to deal with them. Anything about a child's safety is handled under the club's safeguarding procedures and the Irish FA's.
To ask for your details to be deleted, or to see what we hold, use the contact form and say so. We'll do it and confirm.
On this site
- No tracking, no analytics, no advertising, and no cookies beyond what a form needs to send.
- Anything a coach or parent types into a tool on this site (a name on a certificate, a match plan, a home plan, a best score) stays on their own device and is never sent anywhere. Each tool has a button to clear it.
- Videos are YouTube's privacy-enhanced embeds, which load only when you press play.
- Photos and videos of players are used with their families' permission, and no child is named in a caption or a file name.
