How the hour runs
3v3 as they arrive (10 minutes), Station 1 (15), Station 2 (15), match (20). With two coaches the squad splits into two groups and swaps stations at 25 minutes. Every game is written in stages: start at stage 1 and move on when it is working. Drinks when moving, and the huddle is the walk off.
